Before joining Elm, you served as Executive Manager of IT Service Operations at Al Rajhi Bank, where you played an important role in improving service delivery, enhancing the performance of IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations across one of the largest financial institutions in Saudi Arabia. Your leadership helped the bank maintain service stability while introducing improvements that strengthened the overall technology environment.
Prior to your time at Al Rajhi Bank, you spent three years at Tabadul as an IT Service Manager, where you led the full development and end-to-end management of ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices. You managed major processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, Configuration, and SLA/OLA management. You were responsible for continual service improvement, performance measurement, KPI development, and vendor management. Your leadership extended to managing ITSM tools like Micro Focus and ITOM systems, ensuring they aligned with organizational goals. You also played a key role in policies, procedures, process reviews, and team development, contributing directly to company strategy and objectives.
Your foundation in technical and operational leadership was built during your time with Giesecke+Devrient and especially during your six-year journey with Airbus Defence and Space, where you served as Regional Service Manager. There, you led teams of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring the successful delivery of the Northern Border Security project. You managed IT infrastructure, security systems, SCADA, OT, ICS, C4ISR technologies, radars, surveillance systems, data centers, and network operations. You ensured service availability, performed preventive maintenance planning, managed incidents, and handled vendor negotiations, demonstrating your ability to manage complex and critical environments.
