Leading a managerial team of six, he successfully delivered significant cost savings through process optimization, strategic budgeting, and the implementation of structured procurement roadmaps. His ability to manage a broad vendor ecosystem across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia further strengthened organizational resilience and operational performance.
Earlier in his career, Abdullah served as Procurement and Finance Manager at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, where he led procurement and financial strategy for more than ten large-scale projects annually, managing multimillion-riyal budgets. His work included strategic sourcing, financial planning, governance framework development, and vendor expansion—ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory standards while maximizing value for public-sector initiatives.
His experience also includes leadership roles at Amiantit, where he oversaw contract administration across the organization, and earlier supervisory positions managing procurement teams, complex service requests, and cross-functional coordination. Beginning his career as a Purchasing Engineer, Abdullah built a strong technical and commercial foundation that continues to inform his strategic decision-making today.
