Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
We ship all over Pakistan via reliable courier services. Your order arrives in a sturdy box with thermocol padding to ensure safe delivery. Please carefully unwrap the certificate from its packaging upon arrival.
We strive to process every order as quickly as possible; however, shipping delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
International Shipping
We also deliver internationally. Delivery times and shipping charges for international orders vary depending on the destination country and courier availability. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm estimated delivery time and shipping cost for your location.
Liability Disclaimer
Joining360 is not responsible for any delays or damage that occur once the package has been handed over to the courier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Once an order has been shipped, no further changes can be made to your certificate or customization. Please confirm all details at checkout or immediately after placing your order.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Design process: 2–3 business days
- Delivery after design finalization and upfront payment: 4–5 business days
- Please allow a total processing time of 4–5 business days prior to shipping

Express Service Options
- Lahore: Delivered within 24–36 hours after design finalization and upfront payment
- Other Cities: Faster than standard shipping (exact time varies by location)
- Express Service Fee: PKR 2,000 (in addition to product cost)
Standard Delivery
- Flat shipping fee: PKR 350 (nationwide)
- Heavy/bulky shipping charges: PKR 3,000 (may apply to orders up to 3kg or based on package dimensions)
- For deliveries within Lahore, we may also use Bykea courier service. If delivery charges are not included in the invoice, the customer is responsible for paying the fare directly, unless Self-Pickup is selected
Self-Pickup Option
Available from our location at 5km, Harbanspura Interchange, Canal Road, Lahore.
Important Notes
- Joining360 is not responsible for parcels refused at the time of Cash on Delivery (COD)
- No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to non-payment, consignee unavailability, refusal to receive, or the parcel being marked for return
- Parcels may not be opened at the doorstep before payment/acceptance
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their availability at the time of delivery; Joining360 is not liable for delivery returns caused by customer unavailability
