By placing an order with Joining360, you agree to the following terms.
Payment
- 50% advance payment is required to start your order
- The remaining balance is Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We accept Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash
International Clients
For orders outside Pakistan, please contact us first. Payment, shipping cost, and delivery time will be confirmed individually based on your country. Full advance payment may be required.
Shipping & Pick-Up
- Orders take 4–5 business days to process before shipping
- Pick-up orders are ready in 4 business days
- Customizations may take extra time
Changes & Cancellations
We’ll send your design for approval before printing. Contact us quickly for any changes. Once production starts, changes can’t be guaranteed.
Customization
- Please share all customization requests at once (order form or WhatsApp)
- Up to 3 free design revisions; extra charges may apply after that
Customized Products
All personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins. Since these are handmade, small variations from the preview may occur.
Communication
Please respond promptly to our messages. Orders with no reply after 3 reminders will be marked closed.
Returns & Exchanges
No refunds, returns, or exchanges after shipping. Cancelling after printing starts includes a PKR 1,500 fee.
Real Flower Products
Real flowers have a limited lifespan. We’re not responsible for natural fading or wear after delivery.
Delays, Damage & Lost Orders
We’re not responsible for delays once the order is with the courier.
- Damaged? Send photos via WhatsApp within 2 days
- Lost? File a claim with the courier and share proof within 10 days — we can issue a replacement at an extra cost, not a refund
- Returned by courier? (wrong address, COD refusal, etc.) — no resend or refund
